Senior Operations Analyst in Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and optimize the comprehensive operation of publications and talent activations across multiple platforms.
  • Supervise and manage the complete lifecycle of campaigns.
  • Analyze and report performance results, proposing continuous improvements and data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and actively participate in the design and implementation of new methodologies and tools.
  • Coordinate relationships with talents, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience in each project.
  • Prepare executive reports and dashboards for regional management.
  • Support and collaborate on initiatives for expansion and standardization of processes.
  • Guide and provide operational support to more junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Graduates in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operational roles in Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment, or Influencer Marketing industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Proactive profile, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership.
  • Content Editing. Capcut - Desirable.
  • Intermediate English - Desirable.
