Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and optimize the comprehensive operation of publications and talent activations across multiple platforms.
- Supervise and manage the complete lifecycle of campaigns.
- Analyze and report performance results, proposing continuous improvements and data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and actively participate in the design and implementation of new methodologies and tools.
- Coordinate relationships with talents, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience in each project.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards for regional management.
- Support and collaborate on initiatives for expansion and standardization of processes.
- Guide and provide operational support to more junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
- Graduates in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in operational roles in Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment, or Influencer Marketing industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Proactive profile, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership.
- Content Editing. Capcut - Desirable.
- Intermediate English - Desirable.
