Semi sr Financial and Adm Analyst

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation and collection control of assigned markets.
• Monitoring of credit terms, due dates, and dispute management with the commercial area.
• Monthly closings together with accounting (VAT Partners, Roster, and scales).
• Monthly control of billing, accounting entries, and payment closures against budgets.
• Preparation of the payment calendar and verification of available funds.
• Payment of salaries, review of travel expenses, and meetings with talents for balance review.
• Preparation of financial reports: P&L, Cashflow, Trend Analysis, Shares Reports.
• Supervision and support of Junior Analyst 1.

• Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (graduate or advanced student).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in companies with regional or international operations (highly valued).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP (Odoo is a plus).
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Intermediate English (desirable).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
